first cut the onions in to small pieces and keep the pan on the stove and add the oil and onions in it, fry the oils till it becomes brown and than add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste in it and fry it for 1 minute and than add 2 spoons of chilly powder and 2 spoons of salt in it and fry for a minute and than add the water and close the pan with the led for 2 minutes, after 2 minutes break the egg and drop the egg liquids in the pan as shown, and let it cook for 2 minutes, and than add gram masala and tryto turn the each egg to the other side to cook well, and keep it for 2 more minutes, than the egg curry is ready
